No rights can be derived from possible misunderstandings of the instruction manual or any other information given by Dutch Speed Bicycles that could lead to improper assembly. The information given about how to assemble are guidelines. You will be responsible for judging the proper function of every part you mount. Dutch Speed Bicycles will only be responsible for material faults of parts delivered by Dutch Speed Bicycles, and only if these parts are used in a proper manner.
